At Espresso Translations, we have a well-structured process for all our translation services. This allows us to offer a consistently impeccable end result. However, we also have the flexibility to adjust our methods according to the needs and requirements of our various clients. 

In general, however, our process works as follows: 

• The client contacts us regarding their project, most often using our online contact form. 
• A dedicated project manager is assigned to the client and will oversee each stage of the translation. The project manager searches our global team for the perfect translator for the task. 
• This translator will be a native speaker of the target language and fluent in the source language. They will also be a subject matter expert and have at least five years of experience in the translation industry. 
• When the translator has completed the translation, it is proofread by a second translator with the same qualifications in linguistics and subject matter content. 
• The project manager will carry out final quality control checks and editorial revisions if needed. 
• The completed translation is sent to the client for their approval. 

We go through this step by step process to ensure that every project is given the same level of attention to detail and expert supervision.
